Steve is one of the Out-of-Home media sector’s most respected developers and marketers of leading technology solutions.

Prior to establishing Cross Track Digital he was a co-founder of Lunalite, a company that offered the international outdoor industry a unique range of illuminated media products.

He has helped create some of the most successful global outdoor campaigns, from point-of-sale to Out of Home specials, for some of the largest international brands. He has worked with the world’s largest media groups and has attained unique experience in dealing within the global Out-of-Home media industry.

At Lunalite Steve successfully designed, installed and tested one of the world’s first Cross Track Digital Media systems using large format LED screens to replace static print cross-track posters. Lunalite has now become Cross Track Digital (XTD).

David Gibbs
Vice President, USA Operations

David is among the ranks of the world’s most experienced Out-of-Home specialists and media leaders.
He has joined Cross Track Digital (XTD) to help guide the company’s international expansion and to work with XTD’s business partners in the establishment and growth of new revenue streams for rail operators and outdoor media specialists.

David is the former Global Director of Eye Shop, an international outdoor advertising-specialist network and he is also a former CEO and President of Eye USA, based in New York. He is credited with co-creating the world’s largest permanent network of mobile-enabled Out-of-Home advertising displays; transforming customer engagement practices and developing superior relationship philosophies to accelerate business results.

At Eye USA David led the acquisition of two companies; built the business’ infrastructure and partnerships; led the construction and installation of panels across 60 centres in 27 states, leading Eye USA to become the largest mall media operator over a three year period and trebling its revenue over four years. He is also a former Board Member of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America.

Tony Haines
General Manager, Commercial

Tony has 16 years experience in the Out-of-Home media industry and a further 10 years in the broadcast sales sector.

Prior to taking his role with Cross Track Digital, Tony was in charge of commercial partnerships for leading international technology provider and marketer Lunalite.

At Cross Track Digital (XTD) his key responsibilities include tailoring the XTD capabilities to local markets and opportunities to ensure partnership objectives are achieved within the contract tenure.
He has consulted at the most senior levels on digital commercial and market strategies, created high-performance group sales plans and built strong relationships with key decision makers in Out-of-Home media companies, major brand-marketing companies and with senior media agency and holding company executives. He has been integral to the introduction of the initial world-class Cross Track Digital inventory in 2014 and will continue to oversee the roll-out of the network into the future.

Rick Seabrook
Rick Seabrook
Commercial Manager, UK

Rick specialises in developing and leading innovative digital technology and services companies. He recognises that Out-of-home has embraced digital in the UK and that new technology will transform DOOH into an interactive medium.

He leads Neota Logic in Europe, a developer of AI software that helps consumers and businesses access expert professional advice through our award-winning technology.

Previously, Rick was European Managing Director of a forensics and electronic discovery company and a Partner at Accenture where he led practice and market development in Energy, Utilities and Telecommunications.

A believer in the workplace of the future (flexible, remote, virtual etc.), he is also a co-founder/owner and non-executive director of Workpond Ltd, a future workplace consultancy company.

Rick holds a Joint Hons BA in Modern Languages from Newcastle University, UK and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (GMP 12).
